It’s summer and that means cold drinks. It’s a shame that many coffee places charge a LOT of money for a simple iced coffee and often don’t have milk alternatives like almond or cashew milk.  If you’re looking for a simple and inexpensive vegan iced coffee alternative, you will love this easy recipe.   If you want a mocha flavor, simply use chocolate almond milk instead.  If you prefer soy milk or any other milk alternative, try it! Enjoy summer with a cool vegan chilled coffee

 Vegan Summer Vanilla Iced Coffee

(serves 2)

  • 1 cups almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups of your favorite brewed coffee
  • Sweetener (optional)

Let’s put this together…

  1. Brew your favorite coffee.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  3. Add 1 cup of the coffee and 1/2 cup of almond milk.
  4. Add sweetener (optional) and vanilla.
